If anything goes wrong with a swap — a failed route, a stuck transaction, a wrong network deposit or a screening decline after funds arrive — we refund you. Your assets are returned to your original source address, or to an address you nominate, with no routing fee charged.
- Failed or stuck route: full refund of the received amount, minus only the unavoidable on-chain network fee.
- Screening decline after deposit: funds are returned to the originating address once ownership is confirmed.
- Wrong network or wrong asset sent: recovery attempted on every supported chain and refunded when technically possible.
- Price moved beyond the locked quote: you choose between the new quote or an immediate refund.
- Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of a confirmed case and the routing fee is always waived.
To open a case, send us the swap ID and the source transaction hash. Our team confirms the outcome in writing before any refund is executed.

- How long does a swap take?
- Most routes settle in a few minutes. Time depends on source-chain confirmations, and the estimate is always shown before you confirm.
- What happens if an address is flagged?
- You see the verdict before executing. High-risk sources or destinations are declined, and borderline cases go to manual review so you are never exposed unknowingly.
- Do you hold my funds?
- No. Assets move through the route and settle to your destination address. We do not operate customer balances for swaps.
- Is there a minimum or maximum?
- Minimums are network-dependent and shown in the quote. Large-volume and organisation routing is available on request.
